Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-Ni-based superalloy having improved creep rupture life and good strength and ductility, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The method for producing the Fe-Ni-based superalloy includes subjecting a raw material for hot forging, which has a composition comprising, by mass, 0.08% or less of C, 0.35% or less of Si, 0.35% or less of Mn, 0.015% or less of P, 0.015% or less of S, 50.0-55.0% of Ni, 17.0-21.0% of Cr, 2.8-3.3% of Mo, 0.30% or less of Cu, 0.20-0.80% of Al, 0.65-1.15% of Ti, 4.75-5.50% of Nb+Ta, 0.006% or less of B, and the balance comprising Fe and inevitable impurities, to hot forging and solid solution heat treatment in a temperature range satisfying the relation of 1960°C≤hot forging temperature + solid solution heat treatment temperature (provided that the solid solution heat treatment temperature is 930-990°C)≤2020°C, then after keeping at 700-750°C for 2-20 h, cooling to 600-650°C, and performing aging treatment for keeping at 600-650°C for 2-20 h.
