Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the title alloy of a specified compsn. consisting of Cr, Co, Ti, P and the balance Fe which alloy has superior magnetic characteristics and mechanical workability and can be manufactured stably and industrially.
CONSTITUTION: This Fe-Cr-Co type magnet alloy consists of, by wt., Cr 17W45%, Co 3W35%, Ti 0.03W10%, P≤5% and the balance Fe essentially. This alloy has very superior hot and cold workability, and it can be soln. -heat-treated at a relatively low temp. In addn., it is excellent in magnetic characteristics such as Hc and Br.
