To propose a feature point extraction device capable of easily determining deterioration of a hydraulic system.SOLUTION: A feature point extraction device comprises an extraction unit (12) into which time series data of pressure and/or a flow rate in a hydraulic circuit is input, and which extracts the pressure and/or the flow rate after a predetermined relative time from a reference point determined under a predetermined condition in the time series data of the pressure or the flow rate, as a feature point for determining the degree of abnormality or deterioration of the hydraulic circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
