PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of using an incombustible elastic wiry material in a bag body for receiving feces of a pet animal such as a dog by extending and opening the bag for receiving the feces pushed out from the interior of a housing case to the tip of a cylindrical unit with a pushing member such as a rod at the tip of the cylindrical unit.

CONSTITUTION: A cartridge in the lowermost stage in a case 3 for housing the cartridge is pushed out to the tip of the cylindrical unit 1 with a pushing member 6 and held with cartridge receiving members 60 and 61. When the cartridge receiving members are protruded from the tip of the cylindrical unit, the members are mutually extended and opened by elastic bouncing force of a spring. An opening of the bag for receiving feces in the cartridge housed therebetween is extended and opened.
