The fee calculating system has a means for sending information of a data list, and meter reading information to a calculation layer, the calculation layer calculating a used amount of energy on the basis of the transmitted information, a means for sending a calculation result calculated by the calculation layer, and a means for creating a meter reading calculation result integrating the sent calculation result and pieces of information necessary for calculation. Information of the meter reading calculation result is stored in a database of a host computer.
