Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily improve precision of an automatically corrected value by providing a corrected value deciding means to carry out prediction of each measured value in consideration of the number of past corrected values in which no influence appears on each of the measured values.
CONSTITUTION: A plural number of corrected values to be measured by a measuring instrument 3 based on the assumption that a plural number of works measured by the measuring instrument 3 is machined under a newest machining condition influenced by a previous corrected value are predicted and accumulated by adding the previous corrected value to each of measured values measured by the measuring instrument 3 within each of automatic correction periods. This device is devised to change a condition to decide a current corrected value by a corrected value deciding means 4 in accordance with a plural number of these measured values and a condition to decide the current corrected value in accordance with a plural number of accumulated measured values by predicting a plural number of the measured values under the newest machining condition by way of adding the previous corrected value and a corrected value before it to each of actual measured values.
