Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide feed production methods using food residues that can provide feed with high quality by reducing the content of fine metallic impurities in feed; and to provide apparatus thereof.SOLUTION: A production method of feed is characterized by a hot oil under vacuum step of subjecting a food residue to a hot oil under vacuum to remove moisture in the food residue; an oil expression step of separating oil in a feed raw material subjected to hot oil under vacuum at the hot oil under vacuum step; a crushing step of crushing a feed raw material in which oil is separated at the oil expression step; a classification step of shifting the feed raw material crushed in the crushing step; and a metal impurity removing step of removing a metal impurity by applying magnetic force to the feed raw material shifted at the classification step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
