To provide a feed measuring-mixing apparatus which can perform a compounding work in an efficient manner by paying attention on the weight of dry pasture, times needed for cutting and mixing the dry pasture accompanied by mixing, items of measuring constants and so on, and at the same time, which is automated for all works by improving adjusting accuracies for the securing and storage of a fresh and succulent material, the water content and mixing accuracy of an adjusted feed, the cutting length of crude feed, deaeration and the like.
The feed-measuring-mixing apparatus comprises the following units: a major charging line for receiving dry pasture in a state of blocks; a minor charging line for performing fixed quantity delivery in order to adjust the dispersion of the weights of dry pasture blocks; a compounding mixer into which the dry pasture and other compounding materials are charged; a water- addition apparatus for adjusting water content in the compounding mixer to secure the flexibility of the dry pasture and improve fermentation efficiency; and a filling apparatus for performing pressing deaeration of the formula feed discharged from the compounding mixer.
