Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a feed-out speed control method for a wire covering and winding device, which can apply a satisfactory tension which is always constant to a wire, and which can set the storage quantity of the wire always in a specified rang.
CONSTITUTION: A wire is wound around a wire storage device 3, the wire feed speeds just upstream and downstream of the device being detected, and the wire storage quantity is detected in accordance with a displaced position of a movable pulley 30. Further, a specified computation is carried out from the detected data, and as a result, the rotational speed of a motor 6 for driving a feed-out bobbin 5 in accordance with thus computed data.
