Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject roller, which allows to simply exchange a sleeve with lining over its body without damaging roundness or rotational accuracy of the lining, by fitting the sleeve into the bush under a specific condition.
CONSTITUTION: This roller is provided with a sleeve 1 fit to a sliding bush 21 by sliding or light pressing in such a way that it can move under a force on the bush 21 in the axial direction, while causing no damage of roundness or rotational accuracy of the lining for the sleeve. A clamping projection 24 is provided inside of the sleeve, elastically deforming, when the sleeve is moved on the sliding bush, to be fit into a groove 22 on the external face of the sliding bush.
