PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple feed screw type tensioner device having high general-purpose structure without needing an oil supply passage on a transmission belt case side.SOLUTION: In a feed screw type tensioner device that presses an endless transmission belt 12 for transmitting power with advance of a pressing body 31 to always feed tension to the endless transmission belt 12, oil guide grooves 24, 25 substantially directed in an axial direction are formed on at least the outer peripheral surface and inner peripheral surface of an upper half part, on a cylindrical wall 23 of a tensioner housing 21 attached to a transmission belt case 3c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
