The solenoid valve 3B has a feed water pressure chamber 3e, a main valve channel 3m extending from the feed water pressure chamber 3e, a sheet portion 3n separating the feed water pressure chamber 3d from the main valve channel 3m, the diaphragm 3g for opening/closing the sheet portion 3n, a back pressure chamber 3f arranged on a rear portion of the diaphragm, a bleeding hole 3i connecting the back pressure chamber 3f to the feed water pressure chamber 3e, a pilot hole 3h for discharging water from the back pressure chamber 3f, a plunger 31 for opening/ closing the pilot hole 3h, and a coil 3k for vertically moving the plunger 31. According to the solenoid valve 3B, a pilot channel 3q is arranged on a downstream side of the pilot hole, which is led to a downstream side of the main valve channel without passing the diaphragm.
