PURPOSE: To reduce a cost by a method wherein the series circuit of a diode and a capacitor is connected to the series circuit of a rice cooking heater and a temperature retaining heater, and wherein a feed water motor connected to a resistor and a feed water pump is connected to the series circuit in parallel with each other, to control electrification of the circuit with a switching element.
CONSTITUTION: By turning the contact SW1 of a relay L ON/OFF, a rice cooking heater H2 is controlled. Then, by turning a switching element TR2 ON/OFF, a temperature retaining heater H1 is controlled, and a series of working through rice cooking to temperature retaining are performed. When a switching element TR1 is turned ON in a state that the contact SW1 of the relay L and the switching element TR2 are OFF, then electric change is stored in a capacitor C1 via a diode D1, and voltage is fed to a DC feed water motor M connected to a feed water pump.
