PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an appropriate disturbance recovery control and to facilitate parameter adjustment even if a controlled object is a nonlinear system.
SOLUTION: A response process of the disturbance recovery control is divided into, a convergence phase and a stable phase. A feedback control device is provided with a first phase switching part 3 which switches to a following phase, a second switching part 4 which switches to a convergence phase, a third switching part 5 which switches to a stable phase, a first manipulated variable determination part 6 which outputs the manipulated variable that makes the controlled variable follow a preset value in the following phase, a second manipulated variable determination part 7 which outputs the manipulated variable that makes the controlled variable converge on proximity to the preset value in the convergence phase, and a third manipulated variable determination part 8 which outputs the manipulated variable that stabilizes the controlled variable to the preset value in the stable phase.
