Abstract:

To compensate stability so as not to make the maximal value of a gain great so much while improving quick responsiveness in control for the steering surface of an airplane or the like.

Concerning the feedback controller provided with a command part for commanding the position of a hydraulic actuator, measuring parts 7, 8 and 9 for measuring the position of the hydraulic actuator, a subtracter 1 for subtracting the outputs of the measuring parts 7, 8 and 9 from the output of the command part while being connected after the command part, an electric output part 12 for making the output of the subtracter 1 into current or voltage, an electrohydraulic servo valve 4 to operate while receiving the output of the electric output part 12 and a hydraulic cylinder 5 to be controlled by the servo valve 4, a negative primary delay element 10a and a positive proportional element 10b are arranged while being connected parallel between the measuring parts 7, 8 and 9 and the subtracter 1.
