Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder (roll feeder) provided with a measure roll and having improved feed accuracy and performing feed as fast as before.
SOLUTION: The feeder is provided with, as the control loops of a position feedback control system, a first control loop L1 for feeding back position data based on the rotation position detection signal of a motor 12 for driving a feed roll and a second control loop L2 for feeding back a difference between the position data based on the rotation position detection signals of the measure rolls 21a and 21b and the position data based on the rotation position detection signals of the motor 12. A controller 14b for adding the feedback values of the two control loops to obtain a final position feedback value is provided.
