To provide a feeder system and a feeding method capable of driving a load by using electric power obtained by a small generator.

The feeder system 70 comprises a capacitor 73, a generator 71, a microcomputer 75, and a transistor TR1. The capacitor 73 is provided independently from an on-vehicle battery supplying electric power to a load 76, and has capacity smaller than that of the on-vehicle battery. The generator 71 supplies electric power to the capacitor 73. The microcomputer 75 monitors the voltage of the capacitor 73. The transistor TR1 is a switch supplying the electric power of the capacitor 73 to the load 76 when the capacitor 73 reaches predetermined voltage.
