To provide a feeder in which a desired pilot release starting angle position can be simply and easily set.
This feeder is provided with a device main body 2, a rotary driving shaft 4 which is rotationally driven in synchronism with press working, a first griping means which is arranged in a prescribed position and a second griping means which is arranged so as to be reciprocable between an advancing position and a retreating position. A pilot release adjusting mechanism 60 is provided in relation to the rotary driving shaft 4 and the pilot release adjusting mechanism 60 has a first gear which is rotated integrally with the rotary driving shaft 4, an operation member 62 for adjusting and operating the pilot release starting angle position, a planetary gear 68 which is turned by the turning operation of the operation member 62 and a second gear which is rotated integrally with the second cam part 26 of a first cam means 20. The first gear and the second gear are engaged with the planetary gear 68 and the number of teeth of the first gear and that of the second gear are different from each other.
