Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water system capable of steadily supplying the hot water having a preset temperature with a short rise time.SOLUTION: A feed forward control type hot water system comprises: a heat exchanger 2 for creating hot water by heat exchange between steam and cold water; a water supply temperature sensor 24 for detecting the temperature of feed water introduced into the heat exchanger 2; a steam control valve 3 for regulating the steam supply amount to the heat exchanger 2; a water flow meter 23 for detecting the feed water flow rate; a steam pressure sensor 10 for detecting the pressure of steam supplied to the heat exchanger 2; a hot water temperature sensor 30 for detecting the temperature of the hot water; and temperature control means 34 for adjusting the aperture of the steam control valve 3 so that the hot water temperature detected by the hot water temperature sensor 30 becomes a preset temperature. The temperature control means 34 determines the aperture of the steam control valve 3 based on the difference between the feed water temperature detected by the water supply temperature sensor 24 and the preset temperature and the steam pressure detected by the steam pressure sensor 10, and performs feedforward control for adjusting the aperture of the steam control valve 3 so as to achieve the determined aperture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
