To make a plunger of a secondary lock means for preventing the forward movement of primary lock releasing means move forward by exciting an electromagnetic coil, and to return the plunger by operation from the outside, in a case that the plunger is not returned by spring force when the electromagnetic coil is demagnetized.

Primary lock means 220 which is actuated when a power receiving connector 3 and a plug portion are normally connected, is provided in a body 10 equipped with the plug portion 21 storing a terminal. In the body, primary lock releasing means 23 for releasing the locking of the primary lock means, and secondary lock means in which a plunger is moved forward by exciting an electromagnetic coil to prevent the forward movement of the primary lock releasing means are provided. Secondary lock releasing means 5 is provided, which penetrates the body to move forward/backward, and has an acting portion in the body and an operating portion outside the body. In a case that the plunger does not get back to a return state even when the electromagnetic coil is demagnetized, the operating portion of the secondary lock releasing means is operated to return the plunger by the acting portion in the body.
