Title:
FEEDING METHOD OF INK TO PRINTING DRUM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS56123866
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To offer a simpler ink feeding method wherein the amount of ink to be fed can be adjusted and to facilitate color change, by spraying ink to a roller with a spraying apparatus moved reciprocally.

CONSTITUTION: A spraying apparatus 6, equipped with an ink tank 62 dimountably, which sprays mist of ink from a window 66 to a roller 52, is clamped by means of a clamp bolt 25 to a supporting body 23 which is mounted movably to a guide groove 21 of a frame bar 22 mounted in parall with the roller 52. A chain 26 is mounted endlessly parallel with the frame bar 22. And said supporting body 23 is connected to the chain dismountably. The chain 26 is driven by a sprocket 28 connected to a speed reduction to a speed reduction motor 20 capable of normal and reverse rovolution. With such an arrangement, because the spraying apparatus sprays ink to the roller 52 while being pulled and moved laterally by the cahin 26, the required amount of ink can be fed to the printing drum and the color change can be easily done.
