To provide an oil/air feeding method which enable equal supplies of oil to each lubrication point even when there are height differences among a plurality of the lubrication points and of restoring a lubrication system quickly even if an oil supplying trouble occurs.
Oil pumped from an oil supply unit 20 is sent to each mixing valve 24 inside a segment 15 via a master distribution valve 21 and a sub-distribution valve 23, mixed with air fed to each mixing valve 24 via air piping 41, and sent to each bearing 25 via oil/air piping 37a, 37b, 37c. The height differences between the mixing valves 24 and each bearing 25 are within 5 m, inside diameters of the oil/air piping 37a, 37b, 37c are within 4 to 12 mm, piping distances are within 12 m, and a difference between the longest and shortest oil/air piping 37a, 37b, 37c is within 9 m. Furthermore, the oil viscosity is 176-46010-6m2/s and air flow velocity is 3-20 m/s.
