Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the subject promotion agent containing fatty acid, etc., originated from fats and oils containing higher unsaturated fatty acid residue, having uniform quality and high feeding effect, producible at a low cost, effective in suppressing the water-pollution by the reduction of residual feed and useful for fishes and crustaceans. CONSTITUTION:The objective promoting agent contains at least one compound selected from fatty acid, monoglyceride and diglyceride originated from fats and oils containing highly unsaturated fatty acid residue. The agent is preferably produced by reacting sardine oil, etc., with, e.g., a lipase originated from microorganism.
