Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electrical connection device having adaptability even if there is an array failure between engagement parts of female and male connectors, having its small insertion force, free of decreasing a contact area between connectors, having its small electric resistance, and its less heat accumulation. CONSTITUTION: This female connector 50 has a wire mounting part 70 and a receptacle part 76. Although a pair holes 100 are arranged in parallel at the receptacle part 76, these holes are separated in circumferential direction from each other by solid parts 120 and 124 of this receptacle part therebetween and gives flexibility at the receptacle part. This male connector 52 has a wire mounting part 300, a swelling part 306, and an axle part 308. This axle part has a recessed longitudinal groove 322 therein so as to be well deflected in radial direction. Therefore, even in the case of an array failure, the axle part can be easily inserted into the receptacle part, and the contact area is never decreased.
