The female joint member 12 comprises the shock absorbing cylindrical member 40 fixed to the outer periphery of an operation sleeve 30, the closing member 46 for closing the male joint member insertion port 44 of the female joint member 12 in an openable manner, and a connection member 42 for connecting the shock absorbing cylindrical member 12 to the closing member 46 so that the closing member being connected to the shock absorbing cylindrical member closes/uncloses the male joint member insertion port 44. The connection member 42 is mounted on the closing member 46 to be pivotally moved relative to the shock absorbing cylindrical member 40.
