Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a female screw member and male screw member for providing stable machining accuracy, securing an engaging height of a screw, and having sufficient breaking strength and pull-out force, and provide a working tool having an improved life for machining a female screw with stable machining accuracy.
SOLUTION: The female screw member 1 is provided with the female screw 10 for screwing with a male screw 20 formed on the male screw member 2, and the engaging height on a male screw side is higher than the engaging height on a female screw side on the basis of an effective diameter. The male screw member 2 is provided with the male screw 20 for screwing with the female screw 10 formed on the female screw member 1, and the engaging height on the male screw side is higher than the engaging height on the female screw side on the basis of the effective diameter. The working tool is provided with a thread 23 in a shape complementing a shape of a root 11 of the female screw 10, and flanks 22A and 22B complementing shapes of flanks 12A and 12B of the female screw 10.
