To provide a female screw member, and a method and a device for manufacturing the female screw member which have a simple structure and by which the efficiency of mass production is improved.

The female screw member 30 is formed protrusively on a plate-liked member 20 and it is integrally formed to the plate-liked member 20. A prepared hole 40 is formed to the plate-liked member 20 by a hole punching process. Then, the surrounding part of the prepared hole 40 is subjected to a burring process to form protruding edge parts 51, 52 which are protruded from the plate-liked member 20. Female screws 57, 58 are formed on the inner face side of the protruding edge parts 51, 52 by the screw transfer forming.
