To solve the problem that an conventional positioning fence is constituted such that only both ends are supported to the base so as to allow a rotating operation of the turntable, which may cause generation of an occurrence of a bend at a center, by eliminating the bend at the center by increasing a supporting rigidity of a positioning fence in a table-top circular saw provided with: a turntable horizontally movably supported by a base; and a fence for positioning a workpiece to be cut, whose both ends stride over the turntable in a radius direction and are supported to the base.
The supporting rigidity of the positioning fence 20, in particular, at the center, is increased by arranging a center supporting portion 22a at the center of span of the positioning fence 20, extending the center supporting position 22a to a turntable lower surface side via a central releasing portion 2d of turntable 2, and coupling it to a rotation supporting portion 30 of the base 3.
