To provide a fence with an easily-detachable panel, which is equipped with the panel capable of being easily attached/detached, and capable of being used as a stretcher for carrying an emergent sick person in ordinary cases or a wounded person.

Brackets 15 and 16 are attached in the same direction in two upper and lower locations on two supports 8 which are erected at an interval on the ground, respectively. The fence panel 1, in which a face material 7 is joined between upper and lower furring strips 3 and 5, can be attached to/detached from the brackets 15 and 16. The upper and lower brackets 15 and 16 are composed of an L-shaped member 19 which comprises a horizontal portion 17 longitudinally passing through the support 8, and a vertical portion 18 vertically elongated from a front leading end of the horizontal portion. The upper and lower furring strips 3 and 5 of the fence panel 1 are fixed to leading ends of the vertically-elongated vertical portions 18 of the upper and lower brackets 15 and 16, respectively.
