PURPOSE: To provide a fender with a light emitting device for a bicycle, capable of being attached to even such a bicycle as having no place where a dynamo is attached and, what is more, the fender part, the dynamo and the light emitting device are all mountable en bloc at a time.

CONSTITUTION: This fender unit is provided with a fender 1 to be attached to a front fork F1 of a bicycle, a dynamo 11 being attached to this fender 1, and energized so as to make a dynamo roller 12 be rotatably pressed to a front wheel Wf from the side of a lateral face under pressure, and a headlight 21 being attached to the fender 1, and with a built-in light source to be lighted by electric power out of the dynamo 11, respectively.
