Abstract:
To provide a fender that while keeping a simple structure, the whole of which is integrally formed using a crosslinking substance of a rubber composition without forming a surface layer causing damage, falling, and the like, reduces surface friction and suppresses irregular and large deformation by movement of a ship to make damage of the fender itself and a quay be hardly caused.SOLUTION: A fender is constituted by a crosslinking substance of a rubber composition including a rubber. The rubber composition forming at least the fender's surface contains a silicone copolymer having a molecule including repeating units constituting resin compatible with the rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: None
