Abstract:
To provide a fermentation beer-like sparkling drink having a beer-like strong taste in spite of low alcohol concentration and an odor of oxidation degradation suppressed, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A fermentation beer-like sparkling drink has an alcohol concentration of 1-4 v/v% and a phosphoric acid concentration of 250-500 mass ppm. A production method of the fermentation beer-like sparkling drink adjusts the alcohol concentration so as to be 1-4 v/v% and adds phosphoric acid so that the phosphoric acid concentration is 280-500 mass ppm. A flavor improvement method of the fermentation beer-like sparkling drink improves a flavor by masking an odor of oxidation degradation of the fermentation beer-like sparkling drink of an alcohol concentration of 1-4 v/v% and adjusts the phosphoric acid concentration so as to be 280-500 mass ppm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
