Abstract:
To provide a fermentation dryer, a cement production system, and a fermentation drying method, capable of stably executing fermentation drying of a fermentation raw material at low cost and with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A fermentation dryer 1 comprises: a rotary shaft 3 provided in a container 2; a plurality of impellers 4; a blower 6 for taking ambient air into the container 2; exhaustion means 9 for exhausting inside air accumulated in the container 2 to an external part of the container; and a temperature sensor 13 for detecting a temperature of inside air exhausted by the exhaustion means 9. The dryer ferments and dries the fermentation raw material while introducing ambient air into the container 2 by the blower 6 and exhausting inside air from the container 2 by the exhaustion means 9 and agitating the fermentation raw material by the impellers 4. The fermentation dryer further has intake amount adjusting means for adjusting an amount of ambient air introduced into the container 2, on the basis of a fermentation index which is the temperature of the inside air detected by the temperature sensor 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
