To provide a detergent that is obtained by application of a fermentation technology and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein a detergent is realized that shows an increased saponification rate of oil and fat, and improved detergency at the same time, and that provides useful microorganisms that proliferate in the waste water after cleaning to purify the water, serving as a water purification material after cleaning, by adding flora of useful microbes and an EM-X ceramic powder shown below, to the soap manufacturing process.
Microbes are selected as an organic body that serves as a starter of environmental purification processes. Among them, flora of useful microbes (EM) composed mainly of floras of facultative anaerobic lactic acid bacilli, yeast and photosynthesis bacteria, as well as the following EM-X ceramic powder are introduced into the soap manufacturing process. By this, the treated product thus obtained acts as a substrate for benign microbes or as a microbial material to realize an environmental purification effect. In the above description, the above-described EM-X ceramic powder is a ceramic powder obtained by mixing a condensed liquid of antioxidant materials produced by the flora of useful microbes (EM) and EM into clay, followed by aging and baking the mixture at 800-1,200°C.
