Abstract:
To provide a fermented product having high bioactivity, and to provide an oral composition and a percutaneous composition each using the fermented product.
The fermented product having high bioactivity is obtained by acting a microbe (especially lactobacillus) on parsley. Concretely, the fermented product excellent in bioactivity such as tyrosinase inhibitory activity, lipase inhibitory activity, glucosidase inhibitory activity and elastase inhibitory activity is provided. Especially, fermentation with lactobacillus is suitable and its products are utilized as a raw material for many foods, cosmetics, medicines and quasi drugs.
