Abstract:
To provide a fermenting and drying machine which uses a double screw type mixer which surely realizes homogeneous mixing.
The fermenting and drying machine 5 having a double screw type mixer inside has a load cell 16 which detects the deviation of the load in the axial direction of a rotation axis 52 and is provided with a jack 18 which tilts the main container 51 with the rotation axis 52 under the control of a controlling device 13 when the deviation of the load is detected.
