Abstract:
To provide high purity ferric citrate not containing β oxidation iron hydroxide substantially.
The high purity ferric citrate does not substantially contain β oxidation iron hydroxide, and in which the content of β oxidation iron hydroxide is less than 6 wt.% based on the total weight. In the high purity ferric citrate, the content of β oxidation iron hydroxide is preferably less than 2.5 wt.%, and more preferably the content of β oxidation iron hydroxide is less than 1.0 wt.%.
