Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise heat shock resistance by arranging a ferrite material in such a crystal structure that the crystal phases of oxides containing Pb and Nb are distributed in the grain boundary layer of a sintered substance in addition to spinel structure of crystal phases which serve as the chief parts of the ferrite sintered substance.
SOLUTION: This is ferrite material which includes 100 wt.pts of main components including Fe, Zn, Cu, and Ni so that they may be Fe2O3; 40-50mol%, ZnO; 2-35mol%, CuO; 1-13mol%, and NiO; 2-57mol%, by composition ratios in terms of Fe2O3, ZnO, Cu, and NiO, and Pb by 0.3-8 pts.wt. in terms of PbO, and Sb by 0.15-6 pts.wt. in terms of Nb2O5. Moreover, this is a ferrite sintered substance being made by sintering this ferrite material, and this is a ferrite where the sintered substance has the crystal phases of oxides which includes Pb and Nb in addition to the spinel structure of crystal phases to serve as the main parts. Hereby, the cracks of the ferrite at the time when thermal shock is added is suppressed, whereby the yield in manufacture of ferrite products can be improved.
