Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: ferrite particles having a low apparent density and capable of maintaining various properties in a controllable state and filling a fixed volume in a small weight thereof; a ferrite carrier core material comprising the ferrite particles; and a ferrite carrier and an electrophotographic developer using the ferrite core material.SOLUTION: There are provided: ferrite particles for a ferrite carrier core material which have an outer shell structure containing a Ti-oxide; and a ferrite carrier and an electrophotographic developer using the ferrite particles as a ferrite carrier core material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
