Title:
FERROMAGNETIC RESONATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3417032
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To attain quick response by arranging a laminated integrated circuit and a permanent magnet onto either of magnetic poles so as to suppress initial drift of a resonance frequency when revision of the resonance frequency is on request.
CONSTITUTION: A laminated integrated circuit 4 and a permanent magnet 5 are arranged onto either of magnetic poles. Thus, When a control current is supplied to a magnetic coil 3 and self-heat generation takes place in the magnetic coil 3, the heat is conducted to ferromagnetic resonance element in the integrated circuit 4 and the permanent magnet 5 nearly simultaneously and a heat equilibrium reaches in the ferromagnetic resonance element immediately. Thus, the initial drift of the resonance frequency generated till the heat equilibrium is reached due to a temperature difference between the both is negligibly suppressed. When it is required to revise the frequency to a prescribed frequency, even if a control current supplied to the magnetic coil 3 is fluctuated, the resonator is resonated to the prescribed frequency quickly almost without generating initial drift.
