PURPOSE: To composite integrally a fiber-like sheet and a vinyl chloride resin sheet easily by laminating vinyl chloride resin sheets on both faces of a fiber sheet-like material such as a nonwoven cloth, paper or the like impregnated with vinyl chloride hot melt resin and pressure heating and welding.
CONSTITUTION: 80g/m2 nonwoven cloth is manufactured by using polyester fiber of 2 denier thickness and 51m/m length, and said nonwoven cloth is impregnated with a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymerized resin emulsion solution prepared preliminarily and hot air dried to manufacture a resin adhered nonwoven cloth of 45g/m2 (30% or more) of adhering amount. Pigment printing is applied to said nonwoven cloth to form a pattern sheet. Then, a backer material 3 of 2m/m thickness composed of 200 pts.wt. of an inorganic material such as calcium carbonate to 100 pts.wt. of vinyl chloride resin on the rear of the pattern sheet, and a transparent vinyl chloride sheet 1 including 20 pts.wt. of plasticizer of 0.25m/m is circulated on the surface, and pattern sheet 2 is of sandwich structure and heat fixed by pressure by a hot press under the condition of 140°C×10 minutes and pressure 60kg/cm2 to manufacture a tile.
