Abstract:
To provide a fiber cutting blade which is low in cost, and has an excellent service life.
The fiber cutting blade is made up of a blade section and a base section, and the entire body of the cutting blade is integrally formed of a carbon tool steel. The tip of the blade section has a hardness in the range of 800 to 1,000 (HV), and the base section has a hardness in the range of 600 to 800 (HV).
