Abstract:
PURPOSE: To favorably discharge the dust in a spinning cop by surrounding the spinning cop fixed to a bobbin insertion core by a bottlelike unwinding chamber, and forming a part of the unwinding chamber by a cop chute being pivotable between a cop transfer position and an unwinding position.
CONSTITUTION: An unwinding chamber 9 is closed in a re-winding process, and connected to a path 11 of a dust discharge device of a winder 4 through a suction port, i.e., a connection port 10. In short, a forward part 15 of the unwinding chamber 9 is turned to the unwinding position II. As soon as the unwinding is completed from a spinning cop 3, the forward part 15 of the unwinding chamber 9 is turned to a cop receiving position through a link 23. A chute flap is opened by the clockwise turn of a control lever 24, an empty core tube is lifted from a cop insertion bar 17 by a core tube forwarder 22, and thrown forward. Then, the control lever 24 is turned counterclockwise, and the chute flap is closed again.
