Abstract:
To provide a fiber mesh sheet to be used for a cell culture chip capable of culturing two kinds of cells while vertically dividing them even in a state of having a mesh opening of a size suitable for capable of suppressing jamming of a test object relative to the mesh opening.SOLUTION: A fiber mesh sheet having a mesh structure formed by laminating two or more layers of planar alignment fiber groups in which a plurality of fibers comprising high polymeric materials are aligned along one direction in the longitudinal direction of fibers in the plane is such that: in the adjacent alignment fiber groups of two layers, the longitudinal directions of fibers of the respective alignment fiber groups cross at a cross angle of 30° or more and 150° or less in plane view seen in a direction perpendicular to the plane; an upper part at a side with the adjacent alignment fiber groups of a cross section of fibers of the alignment fiber group in an undermost layer is approximately circular; a lower part at a side without the adjacent alignment fiber groups is approximately flat; and a cross section of fibers of the alignment fiber groups excluding the group of the undermost layer is approximately circular.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
