As a method for enriching sensitivity of a user him-/her-self and reducing stress and simultaneously having wearing comfort and high-class feeling and further diffusing a refreshing fragrance for people around, a liquid, solid, powder, cream and/or gel like soft material is sealed into a bag made of a synthetic film capable of gradually passing only volatile fragrance substances by sewing it into a fiber product or bedding or formed in a part of a fiber product or bedding. Thus a fragrance controlled release fiber product and bedding which can respond to requirement of diverse-types-and-small-quantity production can be provided.
