To obtain a new dye compound having high fixing yield and bonding stability to a fiber, enabling easy washing of non-fixed part, capable of giving a dyed product having excellent fastness to light and moisture and suitable for the dip dyeing or printing of textile material.

The objective dye is a compound expressed by the formula [B is an aliphatic crosslinking member; D is a chromophore group such as monoazo, polyazo, dioxazine or anthraquinone; R is a 1-4C alkyl (R'), sulfo, etc.; R1 to R4 are each H or a (substituted) R'; one of X1 and X2 is Cl and the other is F; Y is vinyl or a group of formula (CH2)2U (U is an eliminable group); (n) is 0-2], e.g. 1-(4-{7-[4(vinylsulfonyl)phenyl] azo-3,6disulfo-8-hydroxy1- naphthyl}amino-6chloro-1,3,5triazin-2-yl)amino-2-(4-{[3ureido-4-(3,6,8-trisulfo-2- naphthyl)azo]phenyl}amino-6fluoro-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)amino-propane.
