Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced plastic molding having excellent strength and vibration damping properties in the molding having matrix resin made of epoxy resin.
SOLUTION: Four composite sheets (23A to 23D) each obtained by adhering an ionomer film to one side surface of a prepreg sheet obtained by impregnating reinforcing fiber with epoxy resin are formed, sequentially wound on nylon 66 tube 22 covering a mandrel 21, laminated, then the mandrel 21 is drawn to a hollow pipe-like layup 24, which is thermally press molded by a mold to a circular-sectional pipe molding.
