The fiber-reinforced polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of a resin composition consisting of 40-95 mass% of a resin component (A) consisting of (a-1) a polycarbonate resin or (a-2) an alloy of a polycarbonate resin and a styrenic resin, 4-40 mass% of glass fibers (B) wherein a mean value of ratios (major diameter/minor diameter) of the major diameter to the minor diameter in the fiber cross-section is 2.5-6, and 1-30 mass% of carbon fibers (C), and 0.3-5 pts.mass of a surface-modified resin (D) having one or more functional groups selected from (d-1) a phenoxy resin and (d-2) an epoxy resin.
