To provide a fiber reinforced polyolefin resin composition having improved mechanical strength and heat resistance, its pellet and its molded product.
The fiber-reinforced polyolefin resin composition contains a 70 to 5 wt.% polyethylene naphthalate fiber (A) and a 30 to 95 wt.% polyolefin resin (B). Furthermore, the fiber-reinforced polyolefin resin composition contains (A) and (B) above and a modified polyolefin resin (C) that has been modified with at least 1 type of compound selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and its derivative, wherein the content of (B) contained in such a resin composition containing (B) and (C) is 99.5 to 60 wt.% and, the content of (C) contained in the same is 0.5 to 40 wt.%, and the content of (A) contained in the above fiber reinforced polyolefin resin composition is 5 to 70 wt.%. The pellet and the molded product of the above fiber reinforced polyolefin resin composition are also provided.
