Title:
FIBER REINFORCED POROUS CONCRETE MOLDING AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3088665
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous concrete molding which has large flexural strength, a large flexural tenacity coefficient and a large coefficient of water permeability and which is applicable to a large plate such as a precast paving plate for a carriageway.
SOLUTION: In a fiber reinforced porous concrete molding, granules covered with paste or mortar 2 containing single fibers 3 in a coarse aggregate 1 are bound via the paste or the mortar 2. In this case, the single fibers 3 are incorporated thereinto in a direction bridging coarse aggregates 1. Average covering thickness of the paste or the mortar 2 covering the coarse aggregate 1 and containing single fibers is 1 to 5mm, length of the single fiber is ≥2mm and ≤1.5 times maximum grain size of the coarse aggregate. Further, the porous concrete molding has 5.0 to 7.0N/mm2 flexural strength, 5.0 to 7.5N/mm2 flexural tenacity coefficient and 0.3 to 3.0cm/sec. coefficient of water permeability.
